Shipping and Processing
All orders are usually processed and shipped within 2-4 business days after an order has been placed. Processing times may increase during busier seasons.
Double check your shipping address. We will NOT be responsible for any packages sent to an incorrectly supplied address.
Double Check that you entered an email address during your checkout. Tracking numbers cannot be sent to phone numbers.
Route Shipping Protection is automatically added to each order. Route can protect your order should it become lost or damaged in transit. They can even protect your order if it has been stolen. You are not required to purchase Route shipping protection. However, should your order get lost or damaged in transit A COUPLE GLITTERS will not replace or refund for those lost or damaged items.
When you place an order with us you will receive a confirmation email. Shortly after, you will receive an email from Route with information on your order and how to file a claim. Do Not delete this email as it has an order # that is specific to your order with us. You need this order number to file a claim and A Couple Glitters DOES NOT get a copy of this order number.
Refund and Exchanges
Refunds and/or exchanges will NOT be offered for any reason.
